3343 Asbury Avenue (2nd floor), is located on the ocean side of Asbury, in a wonderfully unique spot on the Island, situated in walking distance to many attractions, recreation and shopping...right off the convenient 34th street bridge.

Just one short block to the Beach! Get those flip-flops ready...

Wawa, CVS, Acme, Dottie's Pastries and Hoy's 5 & 10, just to name a few, are within a block or two of the corner. Stroll up to Sandcastle Park with the kids, or play tennis and basket ball with friends. Grab an ice-cream cone on the walk back, or just sit and people-watch...and watch out for Seagulls! Though there's lots to do in the area, our home is still nice and quiet, never getting too much traffic. An absolutely wonderful spot for your family and friends!

Rent a bike on the corner... of 34th and West Avenue. Enjoy a family bike ride to the boardwalk beginning at 23rd street, extending 2.5 miles. If you prefer to drive, don't forget to stop by all the posh shops on Asbury Avenue on your way to the boards. Boardwalk shops, restaurants and rides between 6th and 14th streets.

Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor condo...

that sleeps 9 people (or 10 if you count the sofa). Lovely Master Bedroom with queen bed and attached Master Bath. 2nd Bedroom with double bed. 3rd Bedroom with 2 single beds and a trundle bed. 2 cots available for extra sleeping. Hall Bathroom and an enclosed outdoor shower. 2 car Off-street parking in rear. Open and airy home with skylights and cathedral ceiling. Charming and colorful, whimsical decor throughout the home.

This is a NO Smoking and NO Pets unit. Check-in at 2:00pm. Check-out at 10:00am.

Put your feet up and relax... on the Front Covered Porch or Rear Deck, off of the Master Bedroom and enjoy the sea breeze. Kitchen and Dining room fully equipped with dishes, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Upright washer and dryer in hall closet. Central air conditioning. 2 TVs, 2 DVD players and a VCR, with a selection of movies to view for your entertainment. Board Games in the closets for fun. A few beach chairs and sand toys for your use in the storage closet outside with a key. Be sure to pack your linens, blankets, bath/ beach towels, as these are not supplied. Take a short minute walk to ACME to fill your fridge, and a quick stop by Lara's Fudge for a treat.
