Payment by Cash, Check, or Cashiers Check/Money Order
A $250 Security Deposit is due along with One Half of Rent at the signing of the Lease,
Balance due 2 months prior to your stay. All Last Minute Rentals paid by CASH Only .
No personal checks for last minute rentals.
